An ESP8266 WiFi-based board with the Arduino layout and a 3.3V operational voltage is called the WeMos D1. The board features more flash memory than an Arduino Uno and is controlled by an ESP8266 chip, a 32-bit processor. It has 1 analog (input) pin and 11 digital I/O pins. A Micro-B USB cable can be used to connect the board. The D1 R2 is an Arduino UNO-compatible development board with WiFi functionality based on the ESP8266EX. Both NodeMCU and the Arduino IDE are compatible with this board. Additionally, the D1 R2 has an integrated switching power supply that enables you to run the board off of a power source that outputs up to 12V.
Features:
- It is based on ESP-8266EX.
- It is compatible with Arduino, so you may utilize the Arduino IDE.
- Compatible with NodeMcu
